POLICY 2008 will be held in IBM Palisades Executive Conference Center, Palisades, NY, USA. Conveniently located just 12 miles from New York City and within 30 miles of five airports, IBM Palisades executive conference center is nestled on a 106-acre wooded estate set near the majestic Palisades Cliffs along the Hudson River. Amenities at Palisades Conference Center include a Business Center with the latest technology and a Health and Fitness Center on the property. The Health and Fitness Center offers aerobics, a wide variety of exercise equipment, four racquetball courts, a 75-foot, five-lap swimming pool, two saunas, a fully equipped workout room, four lighted outdoor tennis courts, teambuilding events, wallyball, basketball and nearby 18-hole golf courses.

We have reserved a small number of rooms at special rates at the IBM Palisades Conference Center. These rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis. Beyond the block of rooms reserved for POLICY 2008, Palisades Conference Center will charge market rates for the rooms. Unfortunately, due to fairs and exhibitions taking place in the New York City in June, the demand (and rates) for hotel room can be very high, and we ask attendees to reserve their rooms at their earliest convenience.
